We wanted a Pure wall oven and was happy to get the Frigidaire 27" Electrical Wall Oven, which fits perfectly well into our old GE Profile wall oven space. Other than the stainless steel finish feels a little rough on the exterior edges it work well so far and meets all our daily needs. I read that some people complained about the touch panel interface design before purchasing, but wife thinks it is quite easy to use (- without reading the manual.) Overall, I'd recommend this item, if you don't care too much about the less-than-fine finish.

It was as basic an oven as I could find, which suits me just fine. I would have given it 5 stars, but a) I've only used it twice and b) they racks have a very snug fit... almost too snug. They're a little awkward to slide in and out.

The volume is at 100 percent but is still not loud enough to hear when the timer goes off or when the oven is preheated. My elderly parents can't hear it at all (even in the same room) and I (66 years old with no hearing loss), can barely hear it. Any suggestions as this is definitely a problem.

We built our new kitchen that is ™wheelchair ™ friendly around our Kitchen Aid wall oven, we liked it so much. After years of weekend baking and Sunday night family meals, the self cleaning option burnt out the control panel and we were forced to replace it. We chose the Frigidaire wall oven because it was ™wheelchair™ friendly and it was the perfect upgrade for our kitchen. It fit perfectly into our existing cabinet space and is the perfect upgrade. Martha Stewart would love that I use this oven after watching her cooking shows ! The features are well done and for a weekend baker and Sunday night family dinners, it just the right oven for us. The bake, convection, broil, ™keep warm™ option and convenience of a smart timer and ™done baking alert™ is just a great feature. We also have a Frigidaire gas cook top that goes wonderfully with our new electric Frigidaire wall oven. So very happy we made Frigidaire the choice for our family kitchen!

I purchased a new wall oven in August 2024. I installed it just like the instructions said to do it, your website guarantees it will fit into the hole where the same sized oven came out of. I measured it and it was the same as required in the installation instructions. I registered the oven, provided a proof of purchase for the warranty when I installed it. We only used the oven a couple times for short periods before Christmas day when we cooked a turkey. The oven caused the shelf underneath to catch on fire. We used the oven correctly. We had the turkey on a shelf NOT on the bottom. I called your company and they sent a technician out to take a look. The technician said that he could not see anything wrong with what he could see He said he COULD NOT see or open the bottom heating elements area. He said there was no evidence that we used the oven incorrectly. He was on a facetime call and a short video for less than a minute and sent that to the master technician. The technician stated that there was NO reason that the bottom shelf should have caught fire like it did. He believed there was something wrong with the heating elements inside the oven. He said that this has happened before and Frigidaire would just replace it. He said that Frigidaire has replaced alot of ovens for less!!I called several times and The Master Technician denied my claim and said there was nothing wrong with the oven and I needed to speak to the installer and retailer. The retailer went out of business. How am I supposed to talk to them about it.I installed the oven, followed your directions!If there was nothing working with the oven then the shelf under the oven would not have caught on fire. My previous oven never did this at all! It was installed in the same way and same place for over 20 years, used almost every day and the shelf never caught on fire. Again, all your advertisements on line with every oven state that you guarantee it is almost plug and play if you are replacing the same sized oven as the one you purchased. I made sure it was exactly the same before I purchased it. How is this oven not broken and useable? Would any of you feel comfortable using an oven again after it had just caught your shelf on fire?? I doubt it. There is something wrong but no one wants to take responsibility for it. I purchased almost all new appliances and specifically chose them to be Frigidaire. I am rethinking my loyalty to the brand as I am disappointed that my house almost caught on fire but your master technician who has never seen my oven said it was all ok. The technician who came out said something is wrong but he could not see the enclosed elements sp could not 100% prove that something was wrong with them. He believed they came off the clips in the enclosure or something causing them to lie on the bottom of the oven.I will continue to fight this one. It cannot be that expensive to replace a defective oven. One that is under warranty.Please have someone contact me again.....

The oven itself is fantastic™"it bakes beautifully and delivers perfect results every time. However, I™™m giving it four stars because the timer™™s end-of-cycle noise is unpleasantly high-pitched and difficult to listen to. While there is an option to turn it off, that means losing the alert when the timer finishes. Additionally, the side buttons can be tricky to press on the first try, which can be frustrating. Despite these minor drawbacks, the oven™™s performance is excellent.

Bought this wall over to replace a 40 year old Hotpoint that came with the house when we bought it. Old over was a 24™ but widened the opening to accommodate the 27™ unit. So far it has been fantastic. We have not used it very much but when we have it™™s been spot on. Temperature comes up quickly. Touch screen controls are easy to navigate. Very nice appearance. So far so good. Have not used the convection or broil features yet. IP to this point it great.
