This is a good size fridge/freezer, we had this replaced within 6 months though because the seals were coming apart on delivery. We are happy with our second fridge, it is easy to use and user intuitive.

My wife and I purchased a Frigidaire side by side refrigerator on or about 1/24/23. On or about 3/22/23 we were informed by a Frigidaire authorized repairman that the compressor and other critical parts were defective. We were further informed by the repair company that Frigidaire would not replace the unit despite the fact that the warranty includes replacement. My 78 year old father in law resides with us. The immediate failure of this unit has been a nightmare for us. Parts may not arrive for 14 days. The box store was zero help. A $1300.00 (+) refrigerator should not require a new compressor and other parts in ™two™ months.

We absolutely love our new Refrigerator! There is so much more space inside and the shelves are adjustable which is very convenient. It cools everything down to the perfect temperature, which you can easily adjust with the digital water and ice dispenser display

I like all the features that come with the refrigerator. The controls are on the inside of the freezer door, which I really like.The only thing I hate is that the shelves keep sliding off the brackets that hold them up. how can this be fixed?

I owned an Electrolux for ten years and replaced it with this Frigidaire. It's a low end fridge with no bells and whistles but it does keep fresh food cold and the freezer is good as well.Electrolux originally installed the first fridge to the existing water line set up and that baby pumped out ice. We installed this one ourselves, to the same line...no iceWe called repair (50 minute wait) ,technician came out, blamed our water line and left.I am now one month in, still no ice and no patience to sit on my phone another hour for likely, the same result. I purchased Home Depot extended warranty so basically $1,300 down the drain because these techs will apparently only work on new construction I called a local repair place, will probably have to pay and fight for reimbursement. Go with GE if you can. Online appointments, extremely good product, helpful technicians. Also, the design of the water dispenser is faulty. Every time you push for ice, the cup hits the water paddle and sprays everywhere. Would return if I could but time to do that ended while waiting for repairs.Do not buy this unless you don't like ice and do like stress.

Purchased to replace an old fridge that stopped working. This replacement fridge was the same Cu.Ft.; I chose this fridge because the price was reasonable, matched the same Cu.Ft. I was replacing, has a system that constantly monitors/maintains the temperature better, and has much better Door Storage shelf optional adjustable heights compared to others. The bottom 2 Drawers have better capacity compared to others. I have owned it for about a month, and I am completely satisfied.

I™™ve used this refrigerator for less than 2 weeks and there is a major problem. Ice forms a layer in the bottom of the freezer. I believe it is caused by a failure of the condenser drain system (plugged or other mechanism whereby the defrosting water is not going to the pan, rather dropping to the back and the bottom of the freezer). I contacted customer service who are sending me a new water filter (why, I don™™t know) and wanted me to turn the refrigerator off for an hour to see if that resolved the problem before sending out a repairman. Obviously it did not, now I can™™t get back to customer service as their lines are too busy. This does not bode well for both the refrigerator and Frigidaire as a company.

We purchased our refrigerator June of last year. A couple of months in the power outage button began to go off with sound. We continued to clear the panel but one day the entire panel began to beep and flash. We tried to call some time ago for repair but could never get through. We unplugged the refrigerator which seemed to reset it. Well it has started again even the flashing off the entire screen and once again we cannot get in touch with anyone. We are still within 12 months and need some assistance. Do we call the place we purchased?? So disappointed in this customer service.
