Quality Issues - brand new stove

Stove purchased less then 1 month ago arrived with quality issues. Upon opening storage/warming drawer noticed oven left-side insulation hanging down and damaged along side of drawer. Service tech was sent out and noted that as long as it is pushed back up and he can see it along bottom edge of compartment it is fine and would not verify that it is installed as it should be. I do not believe that it is installed throughout the area where it should be protecting, as well as it looks defective. This insulation apparently protects the side of the stove from getting too hot and potentially can burn or start a fire ?? Also with the drawer removed and the tech lighting the area up - the entire lower compartment where the drawer goes is all rusted. Called whirlpool again and they are sending a service tech out again at the end of this week - hope these issues can be addressed, as of now I am not a happy customer.

Nice, but cheaply built.

The oven looks great, it seems to work well, but since the last time we bought a new oven,(15years ago) the build quality has gone down hill. Not the looks, but how cheap and thin everything has gotten. The oven is constanlty making noises as the chamber expands and cools, the lower "broil" door is so low and thin it's barely able to store anything down there. Overall I'm not unhappy with the oven, but for once it would be nice if something you bought wasn't crappier than the last one you had.

I purchased Whirlpool WFES3330RV0 recently, the bottom drawer falls to the floor when opened. I contacted whirlpool regarding this, technician that came to repair this problem did nothing he said that draw is for heating not storage. The bottom draw should be on a track that allows it to open and close smoothly. If terrible product.

I'm a bit disappointed in the black stainless steel range. It's very lite in weight. The drawer at the bottom is very thin and it's hard to keep it on the track when you put anything in it. I cooked one meal and the eyes are already stained like I've had it for a while. I have other kitchen appliances that are Whirlpool and I'm happy with them. This purchase was a mistake.

Not sure what to do about returning or fixing. We've had it about a month. Right burner is too hot. Have to have it lower than medium and it is still super hot. My wife thinks the oven isn't hot enough and the left burner is not the same as the right. A lot cooler than the right. The control knows don't have enough markings on it. Low and high is it, with a burner symbol in the middle.

Poor design quality, EXTREMELY sharp edges.

I have been disappointed with this product mainly from a design quality/safety standpoint. There are multiple sharp edges that are sharp enough to cut through skin. First, the bottom drawer has an extremely sharp top edge. Due to the poor handle design, once the drawer is open, you will want to pull the rest open by the top edge but will find out that there is no hem on the edge and it is extremely sharp making it undesirable to use. Second, my wife cut her finger while wiping off the front of the cooktop surface and her finger went between the crack of the cooktop and oven front grazing the inner section that is not flush with the outer section.

A straight and simple Great range ...but...

Bought my newer model 2 weeks ago. Decided to Checked older comments for how to use and care for it. I noticed soon that the most problems customers kept repeating were few the same. It looks also as if Whirlpool heard them endless times. But never got to really updating or fix them. Here are most problems (Pennies on the Dollar) that were mentioned: 1) Marking for those cheap black knobs = (Such a simple fix) 2) No indiv. burner lights. 3) Still installing the bottom draw with very sharp edges. 4) Quiet timers that beeps just once. 5) Requesting a better Manual. 6) Problems with Steam cleaning. 7) No alert light for each burner when still hot - off or on. So a simple Why? Maybe is it just after all a 'Penny wise Pound Foolish' business decision. for losing some of their reputation today, but not considering their long standing loyal customers - is absolutely Foolish?

I like the color and look of my new range. It lacks the quality of the whirlpool range I replaced. It doesn't have indicator lights to show a burner is on, and doesn't show which part of the range top is hot. The oven timer only beeps once and shuts off. If I'm not in the kitchen when it beeps, the only indication that it's done is the timer goes back to the clock setting. The drawer is very poor quality, the screws were not even tight and the metal rail had razor type edges.

My range is less than 6 months old and unfortunately I never tried the broiler till recently. It comes on heats up but then turns itself off? Unsure what the issue is with it? Seems to stay on when there is no food in the oven! Tried to broil a steak and the broiler would not stay on! Turned it off and tried again same issue, then I couldn™€™t get it to come back on at all! Had the same issue with bacon. Not sure what to do, contact Whirlpool? Anyone else experience this?

I understand at first you'll hear the metal in the oven make noise on the first use but it's been a month that I purchased and when I use the oven I hear it knocking and the element makes noise/squeaking us the temperature is 25 degrees off. My previous whirlpool stovetop oven never made noises and/or temperature off.

Got the stove in July 2024 and I detest it ™€¦ Steam cleaner does not work at all and I wanted self cleaning and with knobs not all computerized. It should go back with a sign on it as a lemon or Jonah. What brand new stove has to have a new motherboard unless refurbished and cheap

The perfect range

We bought this new range three weeks ago. We did not want anything with a bunch of horns and whistles this is perfect. It works great and it™€™s very easy to set the clock and use all the controls.

I've had this for a couple of weeks. My old range was 25 years old. This updates my kitchen beautifully. Works well, cleans up wonderfully. Would recommend.

Not Happy

Bought this Range because it stated it had a "WARMING DRAWER" which it does NOT! Lots of pops and clanks while preheating, even after using for a couple weeks. Can NOT hear the preheat buzzer AT ALL! Wanted to exchange for a different/better model and after contacting the store, could not. Just NOT HAPPY at all. False advertising.... warming drawer!

Used range for new price?

Looks like it fell off the forklift while being picked in the warehouse. It came structurally damaged and sits crooked. The cook top also looked like it was previously used. While inspecting the range to see why the lower drawer wouldnt close flush i noticed a lot of rust underneath, wondering how long this thing sat outside or had it possibly seen flood water from one of these recent storms before delivery? Still trying to get it returned.

So far so good. Only used the top burners, they heat up quickly much faster than my previous GE. This stove is lighter than the other this is taking some getting use to. Enough room in the bottom to store a few cooking items.

UNRELIABLE OVEN

I find the oven temperature very unreliable. Two different oven thermometers show that the temperature set is accurate, but foods take longer to cook and it's be very difficult to achieve desired results when baking. We tried resetting, but it hasn't really helped. Increasing temperature causes overcooking. Oven drawer is difficult to open.

range and stove are fine. standard product. the knobs are difficult to tell which burner it is for. the knobs are difficult to see temp placement.
